Freudenberg Aftermarket (FAM) is a newly established Business Group bringing together aftermarket activities from across the Freudenberg Group into one focused global organization.
We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Specialist to help establish and manage the transfer pricing framework for a growing international business. In this role, you will work at the intersection of tax, finance, business strategy, and international operations, ensuring compliance while supporting sustainable growth across multiple countries and legal entities.
Shape the Transfer Pricing Framework: Design, implement, and continuously develop transfer pricing policies, methodologies, and documentation across the Business Group.
Manage Tax Risk: Assess transfer pricing implications of business activities and transactions, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions.
Drive Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate transfer pricing documentation, tax reporting, and intercompany agreements in line with local and international requirements.
Support Audits & Regulatory Requirements: Partner with local entities and external auditors to prepare documentation, address inquiries, and support transfer pricing audits.
Coordinate Global Transfer Pricing Activities: Manage annual intercompany price updates and ensure consistent application of transfer pricing principles across the organization.
Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders while providing guidance on transfer pricing policies, processes, and requirements.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor regulatory developments, enhance processes and tools, and support the ongoing digitalization and standardization of transfer pricing activities.
University degree in Tax, Law, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a professional tax qualification is an advantage.
Several years of experience in Transfer Pricing, International Tax, Corporate Tax, or a related area within an international corporate environment or advisory firm.
Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, international tax regulations, intercompany pricing methodologies, and transfer pricing documentation requirements.
Proven ability to translate complex tax regulations into practical business solutions while balancing compliance and business needs.
Experience supporting tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements, and risk assessments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions and international teams.
Experience driving process improvements, standardization initiatives, or tax-related projects in a multinational environment.
Familiarity with transfer pricing tools, ERP systems, and financial data environments; experience with globalDoc and SAP is an advantage.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
