Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership & Business Advisory
- Act as the primary strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to the leadership and senior people managers within Operations
- Provide guidance on people strategy, workforce implications and organizational effectiveness aligned with business priorities
- Align regional HR initiatives with local organizational goals to drive sustainable business success
- Workforce Planning, Talent & Organizational Development
- Steer and challenge strategic workforce decisions, including hiring demand, role design, grading, and organizational planning
- Provide strategic oversight across end‑to‑end people processes (talent management, performance, development, succession planning, compensation and benefits)
- Advisory and strategic assessment on total rewards topics, aligned with global expert functions
- Support leaders in implementing organizational development, succession planning, career planning, and performance management strategies
- Steer talent acquisition process including interviews, feedback and support to hiring managers, hiring decisions
- Contribute to workforce and organizational planning initiatives to ensure long‑term capability and talent readiness by using HR analytic data bases
- Policies, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliant local implementation of global HR policies, frameworks and annual people cycles
- Act as escalation point for complex employee relations, compliance and risk topics in cooperation with Legal and regional stakeholders
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation and manage deviations in line with defined principles and governance
- HR Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and payroll
- Ensure consistent, high-quality HR services including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and payrollDrive standardization and alignment with global HR policies, programs, and processes
- Employee & Labor Relations
- Serve as a trusted partner with employee representative groups
