Responsibilities:
- Support treasury, insurance, and related administrative activities.
- Maintain project trackers, action item logs, schedules, and documentation.
- Assist with meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and follow-up tracking.
- Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis activities.
- Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather information and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, simple formulas, and spreadsheet organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and handle confidential information professionally.
