Further develop our safety culture with a focus on prevention and zero accidents
Drive and develop HSE initiatives across the organisation
Support the implementation of the HSE strategy and group requirements
Coach and advise managers and staff on health and safety
Plan and deliver safety training and onboarding
Participate in projects and ensure that the HSE perspective is incorporated from start to finish
Analyse incidents and near-misses and ensure the implementation of preventive measures
Monitor HSE KPIs and report results
Participate in and support internal and external audits
Facilitate collaboration with the health and safety organisation (AMO)
Contribute to environmental and sustainability-related activities
Has experience in health and safety and environmental management
Has knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, preferably with audit experience
Thrives on both strategic and practical tasks
Has experience with risk assessments and machinery safety
Works in a systematic and data-driven manner
Is skilled at building relationships and collaborating at all levels
Is assertive and not afraid to challenge existing practices when safety requires it
Communicates fluently in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing
