Responsible for trials and non productive materials shipments according management directions.
Responsible of shipping and receiving board filling
Responsible for productive and MRO incoming process.
Ensure the lines feeding process on time to avoid any downtime.
Responsible of FIFO
Ensure inventory accuracy of 99% in finish goods and raw materials
Management of warehouse clerks.
Be in contact with customer service to keep updated the requirements and anticipate the shipments advising for any lack of material or issue that can jeopardize the customer satisfaction.
Be in contact with MRP controllers to advice for any lack of material as resulting of cycle counts of raw material and MRO.
Daily tracking of material transfer.
Responsible of preservation warehouse facilities, returnable packaging maintenance, and preventive maintenance of forklift and right use scanners and general equipment for warehouse activity.
Promotion of 5s mindset and housekeeping
Make a daily, 5-minute meeting with his staff in charge and disseminate the main actions to all warehouse operators
Responsible of ensure safety rules are respected in his responsible perimeter
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related.,
At least 3 years of experience as warehouse supervisor in the automotive industry.
Knowledge in warehouse logistics processes, 5s, personnel management, supplier managements and cycle counts.
Specialized Knowledge
Customer issues management (backlog, complaints, etc.).
Supplier issues management (backlog, complaints, etc.). Customer Plataforms: GM, FORD, FCA, VW, TIER1
SAP MM, SALES, PP, ASN, Import-Export,
CTPAT, Covisin, EDDL, Esupplier connect, Supply Power, EDI 830,862,857.
Administration of inventories, Logistics principles (customer call-offs, material planning, prodution planning, BOM, ERP, warehousing)
English intermediate (English level is checked in the interview with HR or the area).
