Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our recycling centers, outdoor facilities, and landscaped areas

• Monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of contracted cleaning services

• Performing maintenance, repair, and minor refurbishment work within facility management

• Carrying out winter maintenance duties on a rotating basis within the team

• Independently managing work orders and incident reports via the ticketing system within the assigned area of responsibility

• Instructing, supporting, and supervising external service providers and contractors

• Participation in the regular 24-hour on-call duty rotation

• Taking on additional responsibilities (e.g., elevator maintenance, sprinkler system maintenance, or first aid duties)

• Supporting other operational tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed technical or skilled trade vocational training, ideally in the woodworking or metalworking sector

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

• Proficient in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications

• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working

• Strong willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development

• Team-oriented, reliable, and service-minded personality

• Valid Class B driving license
