We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and drive portfolio growth through market insights and cross-functional collaboration.
The position may also be considered on a part-time basis, depending on organizational needs and relevant experience.
• Customer Success & Market Development: Develop solutions that meet customer needs while identifying and implementing new market approaches to support growth and unlock business opportunities.
• Portfolio & Innovation: Drive the development and evolution of product portfolios based on market trends and competitor insights to ensure long-term competitiveness.
• Strategic Account Management: Oversee key customer portfolios with a focus on market dynamics, competitor analysis, and achieving business objectives.
• Market & Pricing Strategy: Analyze product-market fit, accessibility, and network opportunities, and contribute to pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and positioning.
• Strategic Initiatives & Roadmaps: Contribute to global strategic initiatives, define roadmaps, and identify business gaps through cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer Insight & Compliance: Monitor customer needs, legal requirements, and compliance aspects, supporting early product development where relevant.
• Collaboration & Planning: Support a collaborative work environment, contribute to team development, and assist in strategic and annual sales planning.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or commercial roles.
• Leadership Experience: Experience in leadership, project management, or senior individual contributor roles.
• Product Lifecycle Expertise: Experience supporting and managing products across the full lifecycle.
• Industry & Automotive Experience: Experience in a B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technology-focused environment is preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
