Supply Chain & Warehouse Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement warehouse and supply chain strategies for the assigned category, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and overall business goals.
Warehouse Operations & Network Management:
Oversee warehouse activities across assigned locations to ensure efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, and timely support of production and distribution needs.
Cost Optimization:
Identify opportunities to reduce storage, handling, and transportation costs while improving space utilization, labor efficiency, and operational performance.
Supply Chain Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate supply chain and warehouse risks, including inventory shortages, capacity constraints, material flow disruptions, and compliance requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with production, logistics, engineering, and sales teams to ensure inventory availability, service level performance, and alignment with operational requirements.
Inventory & Category Management:
Manage inventory levels and warehouse activities for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with financial targets, service objectives, and demand forecasts.
Third-Party & Service Provider Management:
Manage relationships with logistics providers and warehouse service partners, monitoring performance, service levels, and compliance with operational standards.
Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement:
Continuously improve supply chain and warehouse processes by implementing best practices, standard work, and data-driven performance metrics.
Project Management:
Lead and execute supply chain and warehouse-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and measurable operational improvement.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
Monitor warehouse and supply chain performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, throughput, and service levels, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in procurement and category management, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment.
Expertise in procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of procurement strategies, category management, and supply chain risk management.
