Ensure compliance with the production schedule to guarantee on-time complete customer deliveries.
Manage the department budget.
Lead and promote cost-reduction projects within the production area.
Ensure the availability and maintenance of the documentation required for quality and production control (including Manufacturing Engineering).
Develop, monitor, and achieve the production KPIs established to improve P&L performance.
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years experience in a production area in automotive industry
Knowledge in development, implementation and maintenance methods.
Knowledge in safety and environment local and federal regulations.
Knowledge in planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery and facilities, brigade, ISO 50001, IATF !6949, ISO 45001
