SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today’s toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

• Strong technical grounding in capital and debt advisory engagements, including transaction support and financial structuring. Ability to assess financing requirements, evaluate funding alternatives, and support strategic capital decisions. Experience in interim management contexts, with exposure to CFO-level financial oversight and advisory support. Proficient in analyzing financial information to prepare investment, debt, and capital-related recommendations. Capable of contributing to client engagements requiring general consulting skills within transaction and corporate finance environments.

Qualification

• Chartered Accountant

Experience

• Financial Analysis (3+ years)
• Business Intelligence (3+ years)
