Job Summary:

Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, offering a variety of HR support services, including Recruitment, Onboarding, People Data Administration, Learning, Global Mobility, and Performance Management to EY member firms. As part of TS, the Talent Visa Management Team supports the Talent Team’s operations across regions. This Senior Associate role will support the Oceania region, managing the end-to-end visa process for external hires and existing employees. 

The Senior Associate supports the administration and coordination of visa sponsorship and immigration processes, helping to deliver a positive candidate and employee experience while ensuring activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements. The role provides first-line support to stakeholders, manages operational processes and case activities, and works closely with team members, business stakeholders and external providers to support the successful delivery of visa support and relocation. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate complex or non-standard matters.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

•    Manage and coordinate end-to-end operational processes and activities within the Talent Visa Management Team.
•    Provide first-line support to stakeholders on visa and related processes, responding to enquiries and seeking guidance from senior team members when managing complex or non-standard matters.
•    Monitor case progress, manage process trackers, and provide regular status updates and reporting.
•    Review documentation and process requirements to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
•    Support the resolution of complex queries, issues, and escalations.
•    Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
•    Support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and business continuity efforts across the team.

Job Requirements:

Education:

•    Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

•    3 years of relevant experience in HR, Mobility, Shared Services, Operations, or a related field within a large, matrixed organization.
•    Experience managing end-to-end operational processes and stakeholder relationships.
•    Experience supporting compliance driven or process oriented activities.
•    Experience maintaining process documentation, trackers, and operational reporting.
•    Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
•    Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies is preferred.
•    Experience working in a global and culturally diverse environment is an advantage.
