BA- Finrep - Business Consulting Risk - FSRM – PAN India

Our FSRM team is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. It offers variety, challenge, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential.

Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.

Your key responsibilities:

Knowledge, skills & experience

Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and functional design techniques.

Strong understanding of Financial Reporting (FINREP) frameworks, regulatory reporting processes, and finance data flows within banking environments.

Experience in end-to-end reporting lifecycle including data sourcing, transformation, aggregation, validation, reconciliation, and report submission processes.

Good understanding of financial products, accounting principles, General Ledger (GL), Balance Sheet, P&L, and regulatory reporting impacts.

Exposure to regulatory requirements and guidelines such as FINREP, COREP, Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD, EBA, ECB, PRA, IFRS 9, and other local regulatory reporting standards.

Hands-on experience in documenting business requirements, data mapping, source-to-target mapping (STTM), data lineage, and impact analysis for regulatory reporting initiatives.

Experience working with finance and risk data warehouses, regulatory reporting platforms, and report generation processes.

Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience in SQL, data reconciliation, data quality assessment, and root cause analysis of reporting issues.

Eligibility: Bachelors/Masters in relevant stream from premier institute
