What We Look For
7–12+ years of fraud technology delivery experience, including at least 3 years leading complex fraud technology delivery workstreams or programs
Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery across design, build, test, integration, data, release, cutover, go-live and hypercare — not simply supporting status reporting or governance.
Strong track record driving workstreams to measurable outcomes in banking environments, including difficult stakeholder management, dependency management, vendor management and production readiness.
Deep knowledge of banking fraud.
Experience contributing to business development and engagement management through credible delivery shaping, staffing assumptions, risk identification and execution plans.
Execution-first delivery leader who can bridge architecture, engineering, testing, business operations and executive expectations without losing ownership of the plan.
Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to create order in ambiguity, drive decisions, recover slipping workstreams and maintain momentum under pressure.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, escalate, simplify, align and secure decisions when delivery is at risk.
Demonstrated commitment to high-performing delivery teams, continuous improvement, execution discipline and practical innovation that improves delivery speed, quality, transparency or control.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, release management and modern delivery models in environments where agile ceremonies are tied to actual delivery outcomes.
Experience in large-scale fraud transformation programs with multiple vendors, system integrators, internal technology teams, business owners, risk/compliance stakeholders and production readiness gates.
