Are you looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern at a leading global professional services firm where you will have great opportunity to gain valuable work experience by learning the ropes from more experienced professional?

We are looking for an enthusiastic L&D Intern to join our firm with below major responsibilities and job requirements.

Talent Team – L&D Intern – Hanoi Office

Your key responsibilities

• Support on logistics preparation before each course and facilitate the organizing of training courses
• Remind participants about the course and follow up the pre–course with participants
• Support in managing attendance of each class
• Support on putting attendance record into the SuccessFactors
• Support L&D Team in compulsory reports preparation
• Support in VACPA exam registration for employee
• Other tasks assigned by L&D Managers

Skills and attributes for success - What we look for

• Final year student or graduated with Bachelor's degree majoring in Business, Language, etc.
• English proficiency (verbal & written)
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Attentive to details, mature and result-oriented
• Team work spirit
