We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Private Clients team in Christchurch. In this role, you will deliver a broad range of accounting, tax and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

 

Our clients span the full business lifecycle, from fast-paced start-ups through to established organisations, high net worth individuals and household names. You will work with clients both locally and internationally as they grow and evolve.

 

 

Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities

 

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality client outcomes while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

 

• Deliver accounting, tax and advisory services across a range of engagements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to team development
• Apply commercial and technical insight to provide practical, client-focused solutions

 

 

Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success

 

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated professional with strong technical capability and a collaborative mindset.

 

• Relevant degree in Accounting; CA ANZ or CPA (completed or in progress)
• Experience in financial reporting and New Zealand tax, with an understanding of market trends
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and clients
• Well-developed communication skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerBI or Xero
