The Opportunity:

As a Manager in our HR Technology and Transformation (HRT&T) service, you will lead client engagements and manage project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs. You will play a critical role in driving business development and expanding our service offerings, particularly in the integration of AI solutions to enhance HR functions and improve employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Lead client engagements in HR technology and transformation, focusing on business-oriented solutions that leverage AI and data analytics.
• Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective stakeholder management, engagement, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Data Analysis: Utilise AI and machine learning techniques to analyse workforce data, deriving insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Solution Design: Design and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance HR service delivery and improve employee experience, with a focus on AI-driven capabilities.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Business Development: Support business development activities to grow the HRT&T practice, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals that incorporate AI solutions.

 

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek candidates with a strong background in HR technology and transformation, particularly those with experience in AI applications in HR. You should have:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing large-scale HR transformation programmes and technology implementation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships.
• Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field and significant professional experience in consulting roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR technology solutions and an understanding of HR strategy and governance, with a focus on AI-driven innovations. Experience in Microsoft, SAP, and/or ServiceNow is desirable.
