The opportunity

 

By joining EY, you will have the opportunity to build your career in tax advisory, working across both individual tax matters and employee global mobility projects:

 

• Individual Tax Advisory and Employee Global Mobility: Support personal taxation and social security compliance for domestic and international cases, while also contributing to projects involving expatriates, cross-border employees, compensation and benefits, and international tax and social security law matters.

• You have an agile, growth-oriented mindset. Previous tax or global mobility experience is not mandatory, but curiosity, accountability and willingness to learn are essential.

• At least 1 year of work experience, gained in any field, industry or type of role
• A keen eye for detail, essential for a career in Tax
• University degree, preferably in Economics / Law
• Individuals who are driven and motivated to embark on a career in professional services
• Fluency in both Romanian and English
• Confidence in Excel, including common functions and conditional formatting

 

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Support the team in individual tax advisory and employee global mobility projects, including research, tax calculations, client deliverables and follow-up actions
• Assist with personal income tax, social security, expatriate and cross-border employee matters for both Romanian and international clients
• Communicate work status and issues to the team on a timely basis
• Engage in constant communication with clients’ personnel
• Learning and using other internal tools to manage tax activities effectively
