(Senior) Consultant - People Consulting - Change Management (80-100%)

Our People Consulting Service Line is focusing on all workforce topics and we help our clients get it right in all its facets – from talent management, HR systems, people analytics, learning, to culture change and human centered change management.

To further strengthen our People Consulting team in the field of Change Management, we are looking for a Consultant to join our Geneva, Basel, or Zurich office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues to help clients evolve their ways of working in the context of technology-enabled transformation, workplace, or culture evolution.

 

Your key responsibilities

• Help with the design and delivery of organizational change, learning, communication, culture, and workforce transformation initiatives for leading organizations.
• Work on business and technology transformations, including ERP, digital, AI-enabled, and operating model transformation programs.

What we look for

• 2-4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in change management
• Ability to work in large, international, and interdisciplinary teams
• Curiosity, growth mindset, and client orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in set-up and roll-out of initiatives and programs covering human centered change
• Proficiency in English is a must, as well as German or French
