We are seeking for an Executive Assistant to join our Team in İstanbul

 

Your key responsibilities

 

• Providing full administrative support to managers regarding clients and engagements
• Prepare formatted written documents like engagement letters, reports and proposals
• Arrange and coordinate meeting schedules, business travels and etc.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls
• Maintain calendar of the Managers
• Input datas to specific databases and monitoring

 

What We Look For

 

• 2 or 4-year university graduates from relevant programs to be trained for the Executive Assistant position

• A Good command of written and spoken English is a must
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications is a must
•  Able to handle high-level confidential information
• Ability to organize and manage daily activities of Management Team
• Ability to handle multi tasks
• Dynamic and enthusiastic
