Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide  consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

• Key responsibilities SEO, AEO & GEO strategy & execution
• Independently plan, manage, and execute end-to-end SEO and AEO initiatives across websites and digital platforms.
• Develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies aligned with business objectives to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan and support global content strategies in sync with SEO and AEO priorities, shaping content formats and page structures toward conversion goals.
• Work closely with multiple business units to understand objectives and translate them into effective SEO, AEO, and GEO execution plans.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, including AI-powered and generative search, and apply learnings in day-to-day execution. Content & editorial (SEO, AEO & GEO focused)
• Edit, review, and develop high-quality, optimized content aligned with search intent, answer-based queries, and AI-driven discovery.
• Structure content using clear headings, summaries, FAQs, internal linking, and schema-ready formatting to improve performance across search engines, answer engines, and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and project managers to ensure content adheres to SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices from ideation through publication.
• Conduct regular content audits to enhance rankings, featured snippet visibility, People Also Ask coverage, and inclusion in AI-generated responses.
• Ensure content remains accurate, authoritative, context-rich, and up to date, supporting trust and credibility signals. Technical SEO & optimization
• Perform technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and site health checks to maintain search engine friendliness.
• Partner with developers to implement technical, structural, and performance-related SEO recommendations.
• Optimize URLs, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and page architecture for improved discoverability. Analytics, reporting & automation
• Analyze SEO and content performance using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Create performance dashboards and reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Improve efficiency by leveraging tools, automation, and standardized SEO processes. Collaboration & enablement
• Integrate SEO, AEO, and GEO efforts with other digital marketing initiatives to support broader business goals.
• Contribute to the development of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices, guidelines, and playbooks, especially in the AI-powered search space.
• Guide and mentor junior team members to enable effective and efficient delivery. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Business, or a related field./ B.E/B.Tech/M.Des/B.Des
• 2–3 years of experience in SEO, content optimization, or digital editorial roles.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a search-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (Google / Adobe Analytics).
• Working knowledge of AEO and GEO, including structured content, schema, FAQs, and AI-friendly optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and mentor junior team members.
• Continuous learner with interest in AI-led and future search ecosystems.

• Master of Business Administration
• Certificate in Digital Marketing
• Certification in Data Analytics

Experience

• SEO & SEM (2+ years)
• Digital Marketing (2+ years)
