The purpose to this role is to provide operational support to the People Advisory Services team’s largest Tax and Immigration clients, working as part of the Global Coordination Office (GCO) team.
EY’s People Advisory Services practice provides employment tax, global mobility and reward advisory and compliance services to our outstanding portfolio of domestic and multinational clients.

Team members enjoy extensive contact with corporate clients, employees/assignees and EY contacts across our global network at all levels. We are seeking a Senior to join our busy Irish team.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the team. This is achieved by being inspirational, curious, accountable and results-focused at all times, and proactively asking for and accepting help where required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating tax and immigration services across regions, ensuring alignment with global client policies.
• Support the central management of global projects, tracking progress of activities across the EY network to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute communications and reports related to global tax and immigration engagements, providing timely updates to key stakeholders.
• Maintain databases and systems with up-to-date information on population(s) of supported individuals.
• Facilitate the flow of information between the Global Coordination Office and overseas tax/ immigration teams, promoting effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items to ensure follow-through on decisions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as document management and filing, ensuring efficient operation of client engagements.
• Support the GCO Manager(s) in billing and invoicing activities, ensuring close financial management of client engagements.

• Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain structured workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in different geographies and time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to security protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and similar office software for creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and developing presentations.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks and deliverables.
