The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join EY-Parthenon’s Venture Building practice. In this role, you will lead a team of consultants to ensure high quality of problem solving and execution for consumer/ retail clients globally. As a key member of our practice, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative business concepts to life.

 

Your key responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants with diverse skill sets in business consulting, product management and presentation design
• Project Management: Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously, allocating resources efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with larger internal and external ecosystem of business entrepreneurs, strategy consultants, product managers, and developers to create cohesive, intuitive solutions for the client
• Innovation Facilitation: Lead design thinking workshops and innovation sessions with clients and internal teams
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with emerging business trends, technologies, and methodologies relevant to Corporate Venture Building

 

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Master's degree in Management from a top tier college like IIMs, ISB, SP Jain, MDI etc.
• Experience of managing strategy projects in Consumer & retail sector for a management consulting firm
• 4+ years of professional experience with experience of managing a 3-4 membered team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background in creating pitch decks and review materials for executive audiences
