What You Will Do:
Lead the design and architecture of complex technology solutions, translating business requirements into scalable and secure solution designs across the LP technology ecosystem.
Collaborate with business partners, Enterprise Architecture, and specialist delivery teams to shape technology roadmaps, solution options, and investment recommendations.
Assess cross-system impacts, integration strategies, dependencies, and sequencing to ensure effective technology ecosystem alignment.
Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, integration designs, technical standards, and reusable solution patterns.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles, cybersecurity requirements, regulatory standards, and operational safety requirements.
Support technology planning, business case development, opportunity assessments, and merger and acquisition integration activities.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing architectural leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship while driving continuous improvement in solution governance and delivery practices.
Who You Are:
University degree in Computer Engineering, Computing Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is an asset.
7+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, software development, or related technology leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms, networking concepts, cloud technologies, and IT/OT integration principles.
Proven ability to translate business and operational requirements into technology strategies, architecture designs, and actionable roadmaps.
Experience delivering complex technology solutions across multiple stakeholder groups in operational or enterprise environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, innovation, accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Preferred:
Knowledge of pipeline operations, midstream business processes, hydraulics, and data modelling concepts is considered an asset.
Experience supporting technical due diligence activities, acquisitions, mergers, and technology integration initiatives is preferred.
Familiarity with Enbridge systems, TIS strategy, North American pipeline regulations, and industry certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, or Scrum is an asset.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid work environment with a combination of office and remote work arrangements.
Occasional travel within Canada and the United States may be required to support business and project needs.
