We're a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.
We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation Media Excellence to join the Growth Marketing Organization. You will report into the Sr. Director Franchise Media, and be directly responsible for pushing forward demand generation media capabilities across all franchises. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in office at one of the posted locations.
Responsibilities
- Paratner with a high-performing team of data-driven demand generation media buyers, specializing in media across PC, console and mobile
- Set standards for demand generation media innovation across EA's campaign, including channel strategy, optimization levers and existing AI adoption
- Partner with platforms to prioritize demand generation media features for greater EA outcomes
- Develop EA strategies to optimize outcomes from media platform evolutions and industry updates
- Develop and gain alignment for Media Investment Framework, to be used by Franchise Directors in funnel allocations
- Set channel execution standards (Campaign set-up, Usage of platform features, measurement implementation, experimentation implementation, etc.)
- Cross-functional change management and remove barriers to functional best practices
- Develop training material and programs for Demand Generation buying skills and cross-train talent
