Job Summary
As SVP, GM Battlefield, reporting to the SVP Group GM of Shooters and RPG, you will guide the vision, strategy, and execution of one of gaming's most iconic franchises, promoting new ideas, operational excellence, and positive play in a global environment.
Responsibilities
You will shepherd the 5-year Battlefield franchise vision, strategy, and product roadmap, improving franchise value through player, regional, and industry insights, new ideas, and deep franchise knowledge.
You will maintain and develop a leadership team across Battlefield Studios, attracting and retaining talent, and promoting decision-making in critical development areas.
You will mobilize ongoing development of the Battlefield product roadmap, ensuring content is delivered on time, at AAA quality, with financial and development rigor across all studios.
You will be responsible for the full P&L accountability, improve R&D costs, revenue, and monetization strategies globally in close coordination with key EA partners.
You will play a role as part of the Shooter/ARPG portfolio leadership team in helping shape, recommend and advise on a range of activities including strategic priorities and investments, project resourcing and providing input on project progress across titles.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience managing large teams, projects, and franchises in AAA game and live service development environments, with direct ownership of profit/loss and budget improvement.
Experience delivering and scaling live service franchises generating $200M+ annual revenue, with expertise in player acquisition, engagement, and monetization across HD platforms; mobile experience is valued.
Experience mobilizing, coordinating, and collaborating across multiple studios, disciplines, and geographic locations, including partnership management with platform holders and technology providers.
Strong technical acumen in game production, AI tool integration, workflow improvement, and platform technology strategy, with comfort analyzing business metrics, KPIs, and improving operational excellence through new ideas.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco): $355,000 to $500,000 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
