Job Posting Title:
Executive Assistant, Main Street - Creative OperationsReq ID:
10156357Job Description:
About the Role & Team
Main Street is The Walt Disney Company’s first company-wide creative agency, bringing together marketing talent from across Disney’s businesses — entertainment, sports, experiences, consumer products, and more — into a single agency model designed to unlock the studio’s collective creativity through collaboration, shared purpose, and a unified approach to storytelling and brand expression.
Within Main Street, the Creative Operations organization provides the operational backbone that makes ambitious creative work possible. The SVP, Creative Operations leads a large team spanning project management, post production, finishing, traffic, media workflow, and data operations.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is curious about how it all works, energized by scale and complexity, and ready to use this role as a launching pad. If you want to understand how a large creative organization operates from the inside — and you’re ready to earn that access by being indispensable — this role is for you.
Manage a complex, high-volume calendar; anticipate conflicts, protect prep time, and ensure the SVP is set up for every meeting
Coordinate travel and logistics; handle expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness
Draft, proof, and route communications on behalf of the SVP — from org-wide emails to senior executive correspondence
Manage the flow of information into and out of the office; exercise sound judgment about what needs escalation and what needs to just get handled
Serve as a connector across a large, distributed team spanning multiple functional disciplines
Build trusted working relationships with EA counterparts, department leads, and executives across Main Street and the broader Disney enterprise
Help plan and coordinate all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, and team events — logistics, materials, and run-of-show
Track action items and decisions coming out of key meetings; follow through to ensure accountability across the org
Sit in on relevant meetings, take sharp notes, and synthesize key takeaways for distribution to the right people
Assist with the preparation of presentations, briefing materials, and decks for senior audiences
Stay informed on organizational priorities and proactively surface information the SVP needs to know
Support special projects as they arise — this org moves fast, and opportunities to contribute beyond the job description will come regularly
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment (entertainment, media, tech, or adjacent industries)
Strong written communication skills — you write clearly, concisely, and calibrate well to audience and context
Exceptional organizational instincts; you build systems, not just manage tasks
Sound judgment and discretion; this role handles sensitive and confidential information and operates at the senior executive level
Comfort with ambiguity; you don’t need a perfect playbook to move work forward
Highly proactive; you anticipate needs and take initiative without waiting for direction
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and calendar and scheduling tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting a VP-level or above executive
Familiarity with creative production, post production, or marketing operations environments
Curiosity about how large media companies operate — from content strategy to the technical infrastructure behind it
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
