Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Forecast & Capacity Planning is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term, short-term and intraday volume/demand forecasts. They will also own the creation and maintenance of strategic capacity models that ensure staffing levels align with forecasted demand across assigned business units and regions. This role combines advanced data analysis, scenario modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to support service level goals and operational efficiency. The analyst translates complex data into actionable staffing strategies and serves as a key contributor to long-term planning, business alignment and overall viewer experience.

The hiring range for this position in San Antonio, TX is $75,700.00 to $101,400.00 per year and in Santa Monica, CA is $79,400 to $106,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
