Job Purpose: The Marketing Senior Specialist will support the Assistant Marketing Manager in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for the TDS business, encompassing both online and offline retail channels. The objective of this role is to strengthen brand equity, broaden the consumer base, enhance consumer experiences, and accelerate overall business growth.
This position is responsible for supporting Disney Store brand marketing, product marketing, retail marketing, and social/digital initiatives, as well as providing support for e-commerce marketing across multiple channels. The role requires close collaboration with internal cross–line-of-business teams and external agencies and marketing partners to ensure effective and consistent execution.

The successful candidate is expected to exhibit the following:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Diverse experience across multiple marketing disciplines including consumer marketing, promotions, publicity, special & live events.
• A stable, patient, and highly detail-oriented working style.
• Drives results through consensus building, teamwork, and the alignment of common goals.
• Well-developed computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
