This Assistant Manager - Brand and Content for Studio Marketing, Integrated Marketing (Philippines) manages the end-to-end brand and content marketing campaigns of global titles (Disney, Pixar, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight Pictures) released in Philippine cinemas by The Walt Disney Company. The role is responsible for the overall strategies in developing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing marketing campaigns aimed at generating awareness and driving preference for studio titles. He/She will work closely with the regional and global Disney Entertainment marketing teams, as well as third party agencies such as but not limited to media, events and/or activation, talent, and local partners. Locally, the role entails working cohesively with the digital, social, publicity, and trade/partner marketing teams, and will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager/Lead for Studio Marketing handling the Philippine market.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive widespread awareness and strong preference for studio/theatrical titles from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Studios, and Searchlight Pictures released in the Philippines
Manage the full campaign lifecycle of global studio titles, from positioning and audience-specific messaging to tactical executions, performance monitoring, and post-release evaluation
Drive budget management and efficiency across multiple studio titles, ensuring measurable return of investment
Partner effectively across Integrated Marketing and cross-functional teams to maximize synergy and impact for studio titles
Drive strategic collaboration with agencies, optimizing efficiency, creativity, and measurable impact across campaigns
Champion the Disney Difference and Disney’s values, ensuring all campaigns and team practices reflect the highest standards of creativity, integrity, and inclusivity

Requirements

Minimum five years of experience in brand and content marketing, preferably in a related industry
Strong experience in developing and managing content marketing campaigns with execution experience across the marketing mix
Strong relationship building skills, flexible and adaptable, able to collaborate, influence and persuade at all levels of an organization, both internal and external
Demonstrates drive for superior results and ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
