Overview
The Divisional Control Office within the Corporate Bank (CB) supports as the 1st line of the bank’s 3 Lines of Defense strategy and works on conceptualizing and overseeing the implementation of Risk & Control best practices in the Division. DCO’s core mandate is to support the CB business in identifying, managing and monitoring non-financial risk and to provide advice and toolkits to ensure consistency of controls.
This position relates to the business aligned DCO responsibility for Cash Management.
The Cash Management Business Control Office is responsible for supporting the business with implementation of and compliance with all aspects of the global non-financial risk framework and associated policies. The role works very closely with Operational Risk Management (ORM), Group Audit, Compliance, AFC, Legal and other infrastructure areas within CB and the Group.

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City $125,000 - $222,500.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
