The mission of the Electronic Communications Board (ECOM) is to govern the Electronic Communications Systems (ECS) of the bank, based upon the policies and practices defined by Deutsche Bank policies and procedures. The ECOM is an essential central governance board which evaluates new or changed ECS and determines if they are essential to support the banks’ capabilities and compliant with policies or requirements set by Compliance, Legal, Group Data Protection and Chief Data Office (CDO) / Records Management as well as other key control functional areas.
As part of ECOM governance, this role will be responsible for overseeing reported operational issues impacting processes related to retention and monitoring. You will work with stakeholders ensuring outages are addressed in a timely manner and include appropriate remediation ensuring issues do not re-occur. This role is responsible for reporting incidents and issues directly to the Electronic Communications Board members ensuring timely updates.
