Deutsche Bank’s Origination & Advisory business provides the full range of advisory and financing products and services of a leading Global Investment Bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.
You will be evaluating companies, developing models for M&A transactions, preparing industry and product analyses for pitches, monitoring capital markets and interpreting relevant data for our clients, or getting involved in the execution of live deals.

Your key responsibilities
Coordinating and supporting in origination and execution of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Leverage Finance (LDCM) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions
Supporting senior bankers in the coverage effort of key accounts across the Financial Institutions Group sector,
Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit and financial modelling, preparing complex financial analysis and models
Supporting the preparation of client presentations and pitches and speaking to clients on a daily basis
Your skills and experience
Strong quantitative, numerical and analytical skills, with creative problem solving abilities
Ability to represent and support the firm before management teams and other deal professionals
Leadership potential
A strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork
High levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and drive
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
