Deutsche Bank Wealth Management is one of the largest Wealth managers worldwide offering a broad range of traditional and alternative investment solutions, as well as comprehensive client advice on all aspects of Wealth Management.

As a Junior Relationship Manager, you will support the growth of our Wealth Management franchise in Zurich by managing and developing client relationships, delivering tailored wealth management solutions and contributing to business development initiatives. You will work closely with Investment Managers, Lending Specialists and Product Partners to provide holistic client experience and drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact across the Wealth Management offering.
• Drive acquisition of new clients and assets under management by identifying client needs, deepening relationships and expanding wallet share.
• Collaborate with Investment Managers, Lending Specialists and Product Partners to deliver tailored investment, lending and wealth planning solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding, periodic reviews and ongoing client lifecycle activities in partnership with KYC, AFC and operational teams.
• Act as Accountable Client Owner, ensuring compliance with regulatory, AML and risk management requirements.
• Represent Deutsche Bank through client events, networking activities and market initiatives, supporting a consistent and high-quality client experience.

Skills

• Several years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or a comparable client-facing financial services environment, with proven exposure to HNW and UHNW clients.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products, investment solutions, lending, wealth planning and financial markets.
• Commercial mindset and strong relationship management skills, with the ability to identify, develop and convert business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of client lifecycle, KYC, regulatory and risk requirements applicable to Swiss Wealth Management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; CFA, MBA or other advanced qualifications are advantageous. Fluency in English is required; Polish is a significant asset, while German is considered a nice add-on.
