Manager - SAP BRIM & FI-CA

Work you’ll do

As a Manager on the SAP team, you will be responsible for leading clients across the solution lifecycle, from business process assessment through solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Lead SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) Convergent Invoicing, Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), and Convergent Charging solution design and delivery.
• Define future-state solutions across order-to-cash, subscription-to-cash, usage-to-cash, billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue management processes.
• Lead functional design, configuration, and integration across SAP Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Subscription Order Management, Revenue Accounting and Reporting, and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Facilitate client workshops, fit-to-standard assessments, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder decision-making.
• Lead teams, manage delivery plans and dependencies, and oversee quality, risks, issues, milestones, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Our teams combine industry knowledge, functional experience, and technology capabilities to support first-time implementations, business-led enhancements, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.

Professionals in the practice work with leading organizations across industries to modernize operations, improve process performance, and unlock value through cloud, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 10+ years of SAP or consulting experience
• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience, including solution design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery
• 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, and delivering SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management Convergent Invoicing and FI-CA solutions
• Experience leading 3+ SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, FI-CA, or billing and revenue management implementations, including integration with SAP solutions
• Experience with SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management Convergent Charging, including recurring, one-time, consumption-based, overage, discount, allowance, or commitment charging models
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Master’s degree
• 2+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm supporting large enterprise transformation engagements
• Experience supporting large enterprise transformation programs in a consulting or professional services firm
• Experience in telecommunications, media, technology, software, or transportation industries
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, request for proposal responses, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, or pursuit efforts
• Experience with SAP Subscription Order Management, Convergent Mediation, Revenue Accounting and Reporting, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or Billing and Revenue Innovation Management integrations

This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $159,100 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
