Mission Solutions Engineer - Associate Vice President, Integration Engineering

Deloitte is seeking a Project - Associate Vice President, Integration Engineering to lead engineering delivery across mission-critical programs and technology initiatives. This role will oversee cross-functional teams, drive execution across multiple workstreams, and help translate business and mission needs into scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience leading engineering organizations, managing delivery risk, and guiding teams through complex system implementation and modernization efforts.

Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in engineering management, technology delivery, or program leadership
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams, technical leads, or delivery managers
• 5+ years of experience leading system implementation, modernization, or systems integration programs across multiple workstreams
• 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery, release planning, backlog management, and program governance
• Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active Secret security clearance is required

Preferred:

• Experience in engineering management, program delivery, or technology transformation
• Experience supporting defense, government, or other mission-driven environments
• Experience with enterprise architecture, infrastructure modernization, or technology integration initiatives.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Citrix, VMware, Nutanix, or similar platforms.
• Experience with network engineering, data center operations, cross-domain solutions, or secure communications.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, RMF, Zero Trust, STIG implementation, or compliance support.
• Experience supporting project planning, schedules, ROMs, status reporting, or operational readiness activities.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, Citrix, or similar.
• Experience leading small teams, workstreams, or technical task execution.

This compensation range is specific to Hawaii and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,800 to $253,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
