As a Senior Manager in Finance Transformation within the Global Business Services (GBS) offering, you will lead complex programs that help organizations design, implement, and operate more effective finance functions. You will advise CFOs and senior finance leaders on operating model transformation, process standardization, service delivery, technology enablement, and sustained performance improvement.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation on the Global Business Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead Anaplan-enabled transformation initiatives, including requirements definition, model and workflow design, scenario planning, testing, deployment, training, and adoption.
- Own client relationship management, including executive stakeholder engagement, account planning, client health monitoring, issue resolution, satisfaction management, relationship development.
- Partner with finance, business, technology, and delivery-center stakeholders to develop scalable Anaplan solutions for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning, and management reporting.
- Assess finance processes and service delivery models to identify opportunities for standardization, centralization, automation, cost reduction, and improved user experience.
- Manage multiple workstreams, teams, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and quality standards across complex transformation programs.
- Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making.
- Develop executive communications, steering committee materials, transformation updates, and value-realization reports.
- Support proposals, statements of work, solution development, estimation, contracting, and account-growth activities.
- Coach and develop consulting teams while maintaining high standards for delivery quality, collaboration, and client service.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience in finance transformation, global business services, shared services, finance leadership, or management consulting
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, and geographically distributed teams
- 10+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cost analysis, resource allocation, and performance management
- 5+ years of experience managing senior client relationships and supporting account growth, pursuit activities, and proposal development in the Higher Education sector
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience designing or implementing shared services or finance operating models
- Experience with Anaplan implementations, advisory services, model design, or finance planning solutions

This compensation range is specific to Massachusetts and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $184,100 to $306,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
