Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III - Workplace Engineering/M365

Work You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and migrate Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra and other Workplace Engineering technologies.
- Lead workstreams for workplace transformation initiatives across mobility, desktop delivery, collaboration, endpoint management, and user support environments.
- Support enterprise implementations of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, virtual desktop infrastructure solutions, and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
- Collaborate with client and cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience through automation, predictive support analytics, intelligent tooling, and digital employee experience solutions.
- Manage project activities, coordinate deliverables, and guide team members through implementation efforts across large-scale technology programs.
- Support evaluation, implementation, and adoption of enterprise AI solutions including Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and similar workplace AI platforms.
- Advise clients on future-of-work strategies, workforce productivity improvements, and AI-enabled collaboration solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with workplace engineering solutions using Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID
- 3+ years of project or program management experience
- 3+ years supporting enterprise-scale technology implementations
- 2+ years leading teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MDM, endpoint management solutions, and cloud-based endpoint computing infrastructure
- Experience leading Microsoft 365 implementations including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Windows AutoPilot, and MECM
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio
- Experience with migration tools such as Quest, BitTitan, ShareGate, and CTUDM
- Experience with DaaS, VDI, and cloud computing environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI platforms
- Experience with Digital Employee Experience platforms such as Nexthink, Lakeside, Aternity or similar tools
- Experience supporting AI governance, adoption, compliance, security, and change management initiatives
- Experience leveraging analytics, telemetry, automation, and knowledge management solutions to improve workforce productivity
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
