ServiceNow Functional Lead

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

• Support the client’s Nuvolo/ServiceNow real estate technology solution by triaging issues and maintaining service continuity.
• Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify desired outcomes.
• Partner with the client product owner to scope, design, and prioritize solution fixes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the offshore team to develop and deliver approved fixes and enhancement requests.
• Respond to business questions on system functionality and translate technical details into clear, practical guidance.
• Provide weekly status updates to the product owner on progress, risks, and next steps.

Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

Qualifications 

 Required 

• 7+ years’ experience in software development
• 3+ years’ experience supporting Nuvolo/ServiceNow production.
• Experience leading offshore technical teams to deliver fixes, enhancements, and production support.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administrator and technical experience.
• Experience working directly with business teams to gather requirements and support functional discussions.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,600.00 to $188,400.00.
