Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for RLT and legacy applications by managing incidents, problems, and service requests. Perform application maintenance, resolve defects, and implement minor enhancements in alignment with business priorities and agreed service levels. Collaborate with client stakeholders and global delivery teams to troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and maintain operational stability. Support the transition to an outcomes-based managed services model through knowledge transfer, continuous improvement, and operational governance.

Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications within a managed services or application support environment, with a strong understanding of incident management, production support, defect resolution, and minor enhancements.
- Possess excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams, and experience working in a global delivery model.
- Experience supporting application transitions, knowledge transfer activities, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
