The Clients and Markets Acceleration Team’s (CMAT) Growth Platforms Team is comprised of professional alliance relationship managers, marketers, and architects dedicated to driving successful technology relationships. Within the Portfolio Managed cohort, this team enables differentiated, innovative go-to-market (GTM) solutions that provide quantified value to clients and incremental revenue to the firm across Deloitte’s global network.

Work You’ll Do
Do you excel at building relationships and bringing globally coordinated go-to-market (GTM) strategies to life? If so, you may be a great fit for our Global Relationship Executive, Anthropic Alliance role. You will establish and nurture executive-level relationships with Deloitte and Anthropic leadership while aligning member firms, practices, and market activation efforts.
As the Global Relationship Executive at the Senior Manager level, you will lead Deloitte’s strategic relationship and market strategy with the Anthropic Alliance across the global network. You will own the design and execution of multi-year strategies, relationship preference, practice enablement, GTM activation, and operational integration across Global Member Firms.
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as the primary global external liaison for the Anthropic Alliance, reporting directly to the Lead Alliance Partner (LAP) and maintaining Director+ relationships across strategic business functions and market activation efforts.
- GTM Execution: Develop and drive a globally coordinated multi-year strategy and annual GTM plans across industries and member firms, translating market insights into joint plays executed across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- Value Proposition: Shape Deloitte’s differentiated global value proposition through advanced technology access, solution accelerators, relationship preference, investment strategies, and relationship strength.
- Portfolio Orchestration: Orchestrate Cross-Offering Portfolio activation globally, aligning priorities, enablement motions, and performance readouts so program operations support training investments, certification goals, and alliance differentiation.
- Talent Development: Develop, coach, and manage Growth Platform-aligned professionals; evolve reporting structures and talent programs in line with business needs while maintaining cross-member-firm stakeholder alignment.
- Executive Engagement: Serve as the primary global executive point of contact for the Anthropic Alliance; lead QBRs, executive forums, and strategic negotiations, secure investment commitments, and resolve relationship escalations.

Quantitative Targets
- Achieve 100% of the global plan for the FY sales number for the Anthropic Alliance.
- Achieve 100% of the global plan for partner-sourced growth.
- Achieve 100% of the plan for certified professionals in scope.
- Actively support two or more strategic pursuits with contributions including content development, alliance engagement, sizing, pricing, and orals.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
- Demonstrated experience building global relationships with C-suite executives, technical teams, sales leadership, and member-firm stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate technical and market signals into globally coordinated business and sales opportunities.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to serve as a single-threaded leader for global alliance operations.
- Savvy at navigating complex, multi-member-firm organizations to connect stakeholders and drive joint solution opportunities across regions.
- Leadership in driving Community of Practice (CoP) activation, global enablement, and adoption of best practices.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 6 years in alliance management, strategic partnerships, or equivalent vendor experience.
- 6+ years of working knowledge of global alliances, technology markets, and go-to-market strategy.
- 6+ years articulating value propositions for alliance products and technology solutions.
- 6+ years fostering and driving relationships across alliance business lines, regions, or member firms.
- Ability to work effectively across international time zones and with global stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 25-50% (10% internationally), on average, based on the work you do and the geographies, clients, and industries served.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree and/or experience establishing governance, KPIs, and decision forums across multiple member-firm stakeholders.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400-$322,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
