Work You’ll Do
Lead information technology projects, including the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Lead vendor assessment for content management for companies by creating vendor selection framework, conducting demos, road-mapping, and pricing assessment. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for significant accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead the information technology project proposal development process and develop pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a trusted advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence in connection to information technology projects.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Leading onshore and offshore teams that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models, utilizing Design Thinking, Maturity Assessments, Target Operating Model (TOM) Optimization and Redesign, Governance Operating Model Development, Change Management, and Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS);
- Leading engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery, utilizing Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project, Agile Project Management, and Balanced Scorecards;
- Organizing and leading pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities;
- Executing client’s deliverables per business specifications and agreed timelines, using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project, Scenario Planning, Tableau, and PowerBI;
- Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices;
- Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for developing solutions for client challenges, utilizing Tableau, PowerBI, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio;
- Developing practical solutions and methodologies, developing "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, utilizing CoreNet, Urban Land Institute, Bisnow, CoStar, ESRI, UrbanFootprint, and participating in public speaking events and conferences; and
- Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations and analysis documents aimed at increasing client engagements using data visualization and project management tools, including Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), MS PowerPoint, and Excel.

Annual Salary: $260,000.00 - $322,100.00.
