What you’ll achieve: 

You'll play a key role in shaping serviceability across our Primary Storage (PowerStore and PowerFlex) products by defining and validating requirements with cross‑functional teams. Through close collaboration with Product Engineering and Product Management, you'll ensure adherence to serviceability standards while enhancing the overall customer experience. You will also explore how AI‑driven approaches can be leveraged to improve diagnostics, automation, and proactive support capabilities.
