Senior Automation Engineer
In our highly automated and digital manufacturing environment Senior Automation Engineer plays pivotal role in plant operations. Our Maintenance & Control Team consists of highly adaptable engineers striving to find creative solutions to problems as they arrive. They must be able to analyze plant processes and help in improvements introduction, as well as coordinate contractors’ work and verify machinery safety and compliance.

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be part of a team that provides active support for factory PLC systems, supervise external contractors responsible for physical maintenance and manages relevant documentation repository. You will work closely with Manufacturing Operations department (in area of regular production support based on internal escalations), Process Engineering and Health and Safety departments (as member of project teams within ongoing engineering activities related to machines integration and process development).
You will:
Support everyday reactive and preventive maintenance activities with emphasis to troubleshooting and programming of a PLC’s, Robotic and HMI systems as well as supervise Maintenance warehouse of spare parts, tools and consumables including procurement process for goods and services.
Cooperate with external suppliers in the field of services, repairs, and implementation of preventive maintenance plan (including the condition of machinery and devices and the calibration process of tools and manufacturing testers)
Manage technical documentation of machinery and installations in the factory and participate in the creation of procedures within the Integrated Management System (ISO) in the Maintenance and Control department
Participate in new processes development and introduction into manufacturing environment with emphasis to machinery safety and compliance
Monitor the latest trends and innovations in automation and prepare feasibility studies of new solutions to be implemented within the current infrastructure

Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering graduate with knowledge and experience in working with Industrial machinery based on: Siemens PLCs series S7-200, S7-300 / 400, S7-1500 or Omron / Mitsubishi PLC controllers, any of Sinamics, Altivar, Mistsubishi, Fuji motor systems and practical experience in diagnostics of industrial networks: Profibus / Profinet / AS-Interface / Interbus / DeviceNet
Ability to read and create technical documentation in the field of control, electrical and mechanical systems using CAD Software (knowledge regarding legal requirements for documentation and safety aspects of machinery as a advantage)
Knowledge of legal requirements in area of machinery safety and documentation requirements
Good communication skills both verbal and written including Polish and English languages
Ability to work shifts according to agreed pattern
Desirable Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing facility or as controls system integrator
