Focused on Dell’s support portfolio as a whole, they engage customers and internal sales teams to position the right support solutions, manage contract renewals, address coverage needs, and align offerings to business requirements. They engage customers via phone, chat, web, and email to provide timely quotes, resolve questions, and support a seamless customer experience.

What you’ll achieve

As a Specialist, you will support day-to-day sales activities across Dell’s support portfolio, learning key offerings, customer engagement motions, and sales processes. You will manage support quotes and renewal opportunities, respond to customer and sales inquiries, track contract timing and coverage needs, and coordinate with internal teams to help close business on time. You will continuously build knowledge of Dell’s support and services offerings while contributing to team productivity, retention, and portfolio growth goals.

You will

• Support quoting activities across Dell’s support portfolio, including maintenance, and support-related offers
• Manage renewal opportunities while also helping customers identify the right support coverage for their environment and business needs
• Track upcoming renewals and support-related opportunities, following up with customers and sales teams to help ensure timely closure
• Verify entitlement, contract terms, and availability of support and renewal options
• Identify renewal risks, coverage gaps, customer concerns, or lapse exposures and escalate as needed
• Log customer interactions, opportunity stages, and next steps in CRM
• Prepare simple proposals, summaries, and follow-up communications related to support solutions and renewals
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other internal partners to resolve exceptions and meet customer timelines
• Participate in enablement sessions and build knowledge of support portfolio offerings, renewals processes, and customer retention strategies

Essential Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Strong organization and time management skills while managing multiple support and renewal opportunities in queue
• Ability to learn Dell’s support portfolio, services offerings, and renewal motions quickly and explain customer value clearly
• Attention to detail and accuracy in quoting, contract data, and documentation
• Good communication skills with customers and cross-functional internal stakeholders
• Ability to identify priority opportunities, manage follow-up actions, and support forecast discipline

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, quoting, or contract management tools
• Experience in support sales, renewals, inside sales, account support, or customer retention environments
