What you’ll achieve
We’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Platforms, and Enterprise Infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Dell Technologies’ strategic AI customers, helping them accelerate AI adoption, maximize business value, and achieve successful outcomes from their investments in Dell AI Factory, AI infrastructure, data platforms, and related technologies.
You will act as the bridge between customers and Dell Technologies, driving AI strategy alignment, operational excellence, solution adoption, value realization, and long-term customer success.
