About the Role
We design and build the ecosystems that power AI, cloud, and next-generation digital corridors. Here in Malaysia, our infrastructure sets global standards, holding the world's highest green building certification and backed by an RM28B+ long-term commitment. This internship offers hands-on, real-world exposure to end-to-end hiring processes. You will learn how a modern Talent Acquisition team operates in a fast-paced, warm, and highly collaborative environment where people are trusted to find the path forward.
What You’ll Learn
- Tech Stack Mastery: Real-world training on enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- The Full Hiring Lifecycle: End-to-end visibility into interview coordination and candidate management
- Strategic Operations: Exposure to employer branding initiatives, sourcing strategies, and hiring workflows
- Built-in Growth: Access to our regional training ecosystem, where we partner with top academic institutions to develop the next generation of industry talent
Responsibilities
- Drive the Pace: Maintain our hiring velocity by seamlessly coordinating interviews and ensuring a frictionless, positive experience for every candidate
- Source & Triage: Actively execute talent sourcing and lead triage using LinkedIn Recruiter to find the builders of tomorrow
- Maintain the Standard: Keep spotless candidate records and strict data hygiene within our ATS (Workday)
- Build the Brand: Step beyond daily operations to help shape our global narrative by supporting campus hiring initiatives, recruitment events, and talent marketing rollouts
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Highly organized and detail-obsessed; you can juggle multiple tasks and move fast without dropping the ball
- A curious, "builder" mindset with a strong sense of accountability to maximize your real-world exposure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
