We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer, IT Governance to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT governance, risk, compliance, and assurance practices across the organization.
You will work closely with IT leaders, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that governance processes, control frameworks, reporting, and compliance obligations are effectively maintained. The role combines governance operations, data analytics, process improvement, and emerging technologies including AI-enabled governance capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of IT Governance, IT Controls, or Cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and AI tools like(Claude, MS Copilot, Google Gemini, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Understanding of AI technologies, AI agents, or governance considerations for AI adoption is a plus.
