Role Purpose
This is a project-based role focused on strengthening the scalability, consistency, and continuity of DayOne’s Global Orientation program. The program is already well-designed. The priority is to eliminate single-point dependency and build a repeatable, structured model that can run consistently across locations.
Job Scope
1. Current State Assessment
- Map the end-to-end orientation process
- Identify dependency risks, bottlenecks, and gaps
2. Playbook & Process Standardization
- Develop a clear, usable playbook, including standard flow and timelines, roles and responsibilities, and facilitator and coordination guidelines
3. Scalability Model
- Define how the program can run across multiple cohorts and locations
- Recommend ownership structure (central vs local execution)
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize delivery
4. External Support Assessment
- Evaluate whether elements can be supported externally
- Research and propose relevant vendors/partners
- Recommend in-house vs outsourced model
5. Final Output
- Deliver a clear, implementable plan covering process improvements, scalable operating model and risk mitigation
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- MBA (completed or in progress) is an advantage
- Structured, analytical thinker
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Clear communicator
- Proactive and detail-oriented

- Program is not dependent on a single individual
- Playbook and operating model in place
- Ready to scale consistently across locations
- Clear view on external support options
