Talent Acquisition, Senior Specialist – Contract
DayOneJoin DayOne – Shaping the Future of Data Infrastructure
DayOne is a global leader in the development and operation of high-performance data centers. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, we’ve built a robust presence across Asia and Europe — and we’re just getting started.
As we expand into new international markets, we’re looking for talented, driven individuals to join us on this exciting journey. This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to be a key contributor to our dynamic team and help shape the future of global data infrastructure.
If you're passionate about innovation, technology, and growth, we invite you to be part of DayOne’s next chapter.
bout the Role
DayOne is building Thailand's first 1-gigawatt data centre campus and hiring at a pace the market hasn't seen before. We need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can do more than coordinate — someone who sources independently, owns their roles end-to-end, and brings enough market knowledge to challenge a brief and improve it.
You'll operate as a core member of the TA team, working closely with the TA Lead to deliver against Thailand's hiring plan across technical, operations, and commercial functions.
What You'll Deliver in 12 Months
Roles closed on time and on quality across your assigned functions
Clean pipeline data and reporting the team can act on
Your Responsibilities
Run full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles — from sourcing and screening through to offer and close
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill talent: mechanical, electrical, civil, and data centre operations
Conduct structured candidate screening and present shortlists with clear assessment rationale
Build and manage relationships with passive candidates in Thailand's infrastructure talent pool
Advise hiring managers on role scoping, market availability, and candidate expectations
Own ATS data integrity — pipeline stages, candidate records, and disposition tracking
Draft and post job advertisements across LinkedIn, JobsDB, JobThai, and relevant niche platforms
Coordinate assessments, interviews, and offer processes end-to-end
Track and report on key metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness
Contribute to employer branding activity including career events and university outreach
Must-Haves
4–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a track record of closing specialist or technical roles
Experience sourcing passive candidates — not just managing inbound applications
Strong knowledge of Thailand's talent market, particularly in technical or infrastructure sectors
Confident assessing candidates independently and presenting recommendations to hiring managers
Thai native speaker with strong business English
Workday ATS proficiency and comfort working with data and reports
Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
Nice-to-Haves
Background hiring in critical infrastructure — data centres, energy, utilities, or construction
Experience working in high-growth or greenfield environments
Familiarity with Thai Labour Protection Act and work permit processes for specialist hires
Please note: This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Standard Thai statutory entitlements apply including Social Security contributions.
