We are looking for you to be our Client Executive for Spain and Portugal!

Unlimited term contract based in Madrid (Spain)

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Support the sales expert Management in the context of the definition of the Geo Strategy and the realization of the sales planning (selection of Client To target using Value Path & Geo Sales initiatives)
• Identify key customer challenges and drivers to transformation that could be solved with 3DS solutions. 
• Define and update when needed the Client Strategy in the CRM My Sales Pipeline.
• Sell on value through assigned offers from Industry and Brand Portfolio within a defined territory.
• Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS sales referential while leveraging DS Platform as a communication channel both internally and externally. 
• Provide Leadership around VALUE ENGAGEMENT, enabling connection of framework and consultative value selling engagement
• Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business intimacy between 3DS and customer. 
• Orchestrate 3DS teams and/or C&SI as appropriate to lead the execution of the Client strategy to create leads then growth opportunities
• Provide an accurate forecast on 5 rolling quarters and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
• Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards
• Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned (including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, Loss reviews)
• Manage 3DS and Client ecosystems all along the customer experience to ensure global satisfaction 
• Use and fulfill DS CRM My Client Engagement according the corporate guidance, making sure that data are up to date.
• Act as the community manager for communities animated through DS Platform.
• Follow Sales certification programs
   

Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ experience in software at Sales position, having successfully managed long and complex sales cycles in a B2B environment
• Strong sales and account management experience for large accounts (at least 3+ years), with proven experience working in Spain or Portugal
• Proven experience in consultative value selling
• Sales management, processes and tools
• Project & Change Management
• Effective communication and negotiation
• Ecosystem management within and outside the company
• Sales value maximization
• Strategy and customer value roadmap definition
• Fluency in English, Spanish required, Portuguese would be a plus
